Last spring I started implementing more plants into my meals. It really became a game. How many veggies could I sneak into my own meals?? By eating more plant based, I felt better, I was living more mindfully & my digestion was 10X better!! As I really leaned into my plant based diet I started focusing on the ingredients in my food as well. A product I fell IN LOVE with was Chickpea Pasta. The ingredient list is slim & it tastes amazing. If you are a foodie I highly recommend trying some. Out of all the plant based pastas, chickpea in my opinion is the tastiest!

At the grocery store when I am restocking my pasta stash, I always check the ingredient list when trying out a new brand. Steer clear if it has more than 2-3 ingredients. There are better ones out there! I love to make a box of pasta & keep it in my fridge for easy, fast lunch & dinner meals! Don't forget to cook all your pasta in PFOA-free pans!!
