Simple Protien Pancakes

I've always loved to time-batch my work & creative projects. It's so effective & saves me so much time. I've been looking for ways to practice time batching in other areas of my life & meal prepping is an amazing way to make life more efficient. On Saturdays after I get home from the gym I meal prep these YUMMY & simple protein pancakes. I eat a few for lunch & then store the rest in a Tupperware container in my fridge. Each morning before I run out the door, I pop two of these pancakes in the toaster & head on my way. I'm try to avoid any stress in the mornings & making this pancake situation apart of my morning routine has helped me eliminate unnecessary stress while also saving me time. ENOUGH CHAT!! Here's the simple recipe:
1/3 C quick or rolled oats
1/3 C egg whites
1/3 C low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 tsp cinnamon (but I add more cause it's YUMMY)
1/2 tsp vanilla

Blend in blender until it becomes a smooth batter & MAKE SOME YUMMY PANCAKES!!
This recipe makes 1 pancake depending on the size.
You can add more oats to make a thicker batter for waffles! YUM!
Top with your favorite fruit & 2 TBL of whipped creme. Sometimes it I really need a treat I eat one of these with a little bit of Cookie Butter on top! YUM!
