I've always loved to time-batch my work & creative projects. It's so effective & saves me so much time. I've been looking for ways to practice time batching in other areas of my life & meal prepping is an amazing way to make life more efficient. On Saturdays after I get home from the gym I meal prep these YUMMY & simple protein pancakes. I eat a few for lunch & then store the rest in a Tupperware container in my fridge. Each morning before I run out the door, I pop two of these pancakes in the toaster & head on my way. I'm try to avoid any stress in the mornings & making this pancake situation apart of my morning routine has helped me eliminate unnecessary stress while also saving me time. ENOUGH CHAT!!
