One positive thing that has come from working from home & being quarantined is the elimination of excuses!! I no longer have excuses for not eating breakfast, or not drinking enough water, or not working out/moving my body each day. I have every single thing I need to reach my goals, right in my own home. I have found meals that are QUICK, yummy & so easy to make.
