Want to know a fun fact that is hilarious, but also SO cringe worthy?? When I was in high school on my way to 6 am dance team practices I would stop at a gas station & get a 52 oz. diet cola. THEN at lunch I would refill that 52 oz. cup with AGAIN, diet cola & that would get me through the rest of my day. That ladies & gentleman is 104 OZ. OF SODA A DAY!! I looked forward to it & it honestly got me through the day. Not the caffeine but just the taste & the ritual, LOL!! I just really love a gas station vibe. It's weird but if you know, you know.

My parents introduced me to Body Armor & I love it!! One of the reasons why I love drinking soda so much is it helps me stay away from snacking & cravings. This body armor drink has that same effect. It is sweet & just hits that sweet spot to avoid the constant snacking.
Kevita is my favorite probiotic drink. The benefits are very similar to kombucha products. A lot of kombuchas are black tea or green tea based & I love that Kevita isn't tea based. These really hit the spot when you need a carbonation so strong it makes your eyes water a little. Ahh I honestly love that feeling!
Green juices are something I love to have on hand. I try to have ingredients to juice my own juices in my fridge. I also like having cold pressed juices from the store too for those days that I just don't have the time or energy to juice my own drinks. Green juices are so refreshing but they are SO DANG GOOD FOR YOU!! You can get so many greens in when you juice. It kick starts your digestion & is like liquid gold for your body.
I love water packets to flavor my water & Zipfizz is my recent favorite. Not only does it taste amazing but it's so jam packed with vitamins & minerals. Just dump it in your water bottle in the morning & you're good to go! My favorite flavors are grape, orange, pina colada & limon.
